Fees
Lead Management Services
- $40 per hour, billed by the minute in 5-40 hours blocks. This assures our availability for the specified number of
hours per month.
Listing/Marketing Coordination Services
- $40 per hour, billed by the minute in 5-40 hour blocks. This assures our availability for the specified number of hours per month. A customized plan (with a flat fee per
listing) is also available based upon your existing action plan.
BPO Support Services
- $20 per BPO (includes data entry of BPO form based upon comps and tax
records supplied by you). Please see our Terms and Conditions page for
additional information on fees for BPO Support Services.
REO Support Services
- $40 per hour, billed by the minute in 5-40 hour blocks. This assures our availability for the specified number of
hours per month.
Transaction Management Services:

$150 set-up fee to upload your action plan to the chosen online transaction management program

$275 per single-agency transaction

$450 for a dual-agency transaction

$75 non-refundable deposit to be paid up-front for each transaction/$150 non-refundable deposit for each dual-agency transaction

Transaction management fees include all activities from signing of a valid contract until closing.
