
Before work begins on any project, a signed contract must be received by
Greene Business Support Services.
While Greene Business Support Services does everything to ensure
accuracy, final proofreading, compliance, and approval is the responsibility of the
client.
Greene Business Support Services' preferred payment method is PayPal.
Lead Management, Listing Coordination, and REO Support Services are
billed by the minute. All time spent working on a project, including
time spent consulting via phone or email, is considered billable time.
Clients will reimburse Greene Business Support Services for any
agreed-upon expenses incurred to complete client projects.
Telephone calls will be returned between the hours of 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
EST, Monday-Friday. Any weekdays where Greene Business Support Services
will be totally unavailable will be communicated as far in advance as
possible.
BPO Services Terms and Conditions:
Turnaround time is 24 hours, starting from our time of acceptance.
All BPO orders submitted after 3 p.m. will be completed on the next
business day.
Any BPO orders required to be completed in less than 24 hours (with
prior approval) will be assessed a $10 rush fee.
Transaction Management Services Terms and Conditions:
Contracts must be submitted immediately. Additional fees will be imposed
for contracts submitted after the third day of signing.
